Enigma Mutiara is a company which deals with QHSE Consultancy, specialised HSE Training and Computer Based Learning Systems. We have Safety Training Centres in Gebeng, Johor ,Lumut and Sipitang Sabah, conduct short training courses for staff and contractors on a variety of topics including CIDB . We also mobilise our Trainers to do in-house training program at your Site anytime, anywhere. Most recently, we conduct Safety Passport system for Contractors at Project Sites-please refer our website for more details.

ENIGMA MUTIARA Sdn Bhd is fully committed to safeguard the Health and Safety of its employees, contractors and sub-contractors as well as the preservation of the Environment in all its business activities. We will continue to maintain HSE as a core value in our business by :

  • Adhering to all applicable HSE Acts and it’s Regulations
  • Communicating the HSE Policy and its intent to all employees and contractors
  • Including HSE performance as a criteria in staff and contractor appraisals.
  • Taking every reasonable step to eliminate the risk of injuries due to hazards and to prevent damage to property and the environment.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to proactively manage HSE.
  • Ensuring that all our products and services are in accordance with appropriate legislations,industry standards and best practices.
  • Providing appropriate training to all levels of the Organisation to ensure that HSE is not compromised at any time.
  • Establishing an Emergency Response Plan to deal with any emergencies.
  • Reviewing the Health, Safety and Environment procedures and practices for continual improvement.

The Policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability and effectiveness to suit the changing business environment. A Quality Management process shall be set in place to monitor feedback from internal and external customers for continuous improvement.
